Welcome to 4XDigital, a service provided by 4XDigital.AI INC ("us", "we", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our application 4XDigital. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective date" of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
Personal Data: Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application, such as chat, posting messages in comment sections or in our forums, liking posts, sending feedback, and responding to surveys. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile, online chat, or other interactive areas of the Application, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas is public and your data will be accessible to anyone who accesses the Application.
Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, as well as other interactions with the Application and other users via server log files.
Financial Data: Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Application.
Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Data: Device information such as your mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, whenever you access our Application.
Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

Google user data is never shared with third-party advertisers or used for ad-serving purposes.
Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions. This does not apply to Google user data, which is never shared with business partners for promotional purposes.
Google User Data
If you connect your Google Ads account to 4XDigital, we access certain data through Google's APIs on your behalf, solely to provide our advertising management services to you.
Data Accessed : Through the Google Ads API, we access: your Google Ads account and MCC (Manager Account) structure, campaign, ad group, and ad configuration data, budget and bidding information, and performance metrics (e.g. impressions, clicks, conversions, cost). We only access data required to display, manage, and optimize the ad campaigns you've authorized us to manage.
Data Use : Google user data is used exclusively to:- Display your campaign performance and account structure within the 4XDigital application- Create, edit, and manage ad campaigns on your behalf, at your direction- Provide reporting and optimization recommendations for your own campaigns
We do not use Google user data to serve ads to you, to build advertising or user profiles for marketing purposes, to train general-purpose AI/ML models, or for any purpose unrelated to the advertising management service you've signed up for.
Data Transfer : We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.
Google user data may only be shared with:
- Our authorized staff members who require access to deliver the service to you
- Sub-processors strictly necessary to operate our infrastructure (e.g. our cloud hosting provider), under contractual confidentiality obligations
- As required by law
Data Protection : Google user data is stored on access-controlled servers hosted on Microsoft Azure, protected using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, consistent with the account role (internal staff vs. client) assigned to each user.
Data Retention & Deletion : We retain Google user data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by contacting us at support@4xdigital.ai. Upon disconnection of your Google Ads account or account closure, associated Google user data is deleted from our systems within 90 days.
Limited Use Disclosure : 4XDigital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
